My wife and I had the privilege of living two doors down from the Mealeys for over fifteen years. The time came for us to size down from the house we helped build and raise our family in. Vaughan was most helpful in this transition and with suggestions about how to get the house  ready to show its best. It obviously paid off - the house sold in record time at the right price. Since Vaughan was familiar with Varsity, he was acquainted with Micheal, Stateman's lead person at the Groves of Varsity. Vaughan was able to negotiate a very acceptable purchase of a condo which became our next home.
